Signal Enterprises LLC wants every visitor to be able to use this website, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. This statement describes what we are doing to make that possible and how to reach us if something is not working for you.
Our Commitment
We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Those guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
What We Have Done
This website was built with accessibility in mind from the start. Measures in place include:
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure on every page.
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images and empty alt text on decorative ones.
- Keyboard access to all navigation menus, forms, buttons, and expandable content.
- Visible focus indicators so keyboard users can see where they are on the page.
- Color combinations chosen to meet contrast requirements for text and interactive elements.
- Form fields with labels, clear required-field markers, and readable error messages.
- Responsive layouts that work at different screen sizes and zoom levels without horizontal scrolling.
- A scroll-to-top control and a mobile call bar that do not trap keyboard focus.
Known Limitations
Some content, such as embedded maps from third-party providers, is controlled by other companies and may not fully meet our accessibility goals. If you cannot use the embedded map, the same location information is available as text on our contact page, and you can always call us directly.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is not a one-time task. We review the site when new pages or features are added and correct issues as we find them or as they are reported to us.
